Meet Julia

Hi! My name is Julia Li (Chinese name – Li Xu, pronounced Lee Shoo) and I am so excited to be part of Greenwood Residential! I was born in Tianjin, China, and moved to the U.S. in 2001.

 

Upon arriving in the U.S. and with very little knowledge of the English language, I began working in the restaurant business. After eventually owning my own restaurant, I subsequently sold it and went to college to better understand English where my studies led me to get Real Estate licensed in 2014.

 

Although the restaurant business proved not to be my calling, I learned many valuable and lifelong lessons that have molded me to this very day. The client always comes first. I am dedicated to helping my clients fulfill their dream of owning their first home, making lifetime family memories in a multi-generational home, downsizing into a home for retirement, or finding that perfect second home for friends and family to enjoy.

 

When I’m not in the pursuit of finding that perfect home, I enjoy getting my hands dirty in my garden, going for a long jog or hike around our beautiful lakes, working up a sweat in a hot yoga class, and of course, the occasional shopping!

 

Julia is fluent in both Mandarin and English.
